Duration: 4 days / 3 nights Difficulties: Easy Area: South Iceland Accommodation: Glamping or Your choice Meals: Your choice Language / Guide: Your choice Please contact us for an individual offer for your family or group! This program can be run all through the year with a few limitations regarding some of the activities. We are happy to make you an offer with accommodation ranging from simple guesthouses to Luxury Hotels! |
This itinerary is a suggestion for private groups who would love to try out glamping in our beautifully Nordic style decorated Mongolian yurts, located right in the Golden Circle between Gullfoss waterfall and the geyser Strokkur. The yurts are heated and give you the feeling of sleeping outdoors with all the indoors comfort!
During the Northern Lights season (September/October to March/April) a countryside location is always preferrably since it will give you better darkness to see the lights. The yurts are perfect for Northern Light hunting as they even have a special window in the top to follow the northern lights from your bed! If you like the itinerary but would like to stay in a hotel instead we can highly recommend the 4 Star Hotel Geysir nearby the Yurt camp! |
