Exploring Iceland's Sustainability Mission Statement
Our Animal welfare policy, Sustainability Statement and and Regenerative Tourism Approach are three distinct but interconnected areas of our Sustainability Mission Statement that address important social and ethical issues. These three policy areas are interconnected because they all relate to social
and ethical considerations in the way we interact with the world around us.
For example, our sustainability statement is an environmental policy which includes
regulations on protecting ecosystems but also regulations on the treatment of animals.
Our Regenerative Tourism Approach covers the "fair trade" treatment of suppliers, customers and local communities,

The overall goal is to create a more just, sustainable, and compassionate world
where both people and the planet are treated with care and respect.
